Training - in brief and to the point
The training courses of Baltov Consult complement and develop knowledge of management systems, with an emphasis on effectiveness and practical application. We run group courses in various cities and in-company training on site - to an individual plan, topic and schedule.
Since 2001 we have run more than 400 group courses for internal auditors; more than 2000 specialists have gained the “Internal auditor” qualification, 240 have qualified as “Quality representative” and 220 have been trained in food safety.

What the internal auditor course covers
The internal auditor course follows the guidance of ISO 19011:2026 on auditing management systems: the principles of auditing, managing the audit programme, preparing and conducting the audit, findings, the report and following up corrective actions.
Theory is combined with practical exercises based on real situations - wording nonconformities, interviewing, working with checklists. The internal auditor courses end with a test, and participants who pass receive a certificate.
Why train internal auditors
Every management system standard requires internal audits. Trained internal auditors find problems before the external auditor does, and the system improves from within - not just for the sake of the certificate.
Our trainers are experienced consultants, and experts from the relevant fields are also invited. After every course we collect and analyse participants’ feedback so that we can keep improving the courses.
