Cookies

Cookie policy

In short: we set analytics and advertising cookies only if you accept them. Here is which ones, what they are for and how to change your choice at any time.

01What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your computer or mobile device. They are used to tell one visitor from another or to remember certain preferences. Each cookie contains the name of the domain it comes from, its expiry period and a value - usually a randomly generated number.

Cookies can be necessary (the website or a feature you chose does not work without them), analytics cookies (they count visits and the pages viewed) and advertising cookies (they measure ad results or show ads). For all except necessary cookies, the law requires prior consent.

02Which cookies we use

On your first visit the website shows a banner where you choose whether to accept analytics and advertising cookies. Before you accept, the website loads nothing from Google and sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The “Accept” and “Reject” buttons are equally prominent, and with “Settings” you can allow only one of the two groups.

When you allow advertising, Google may also set its own cookies on its own domains (for example google.com and doubleclick.net). Google’s own rules, described in its privacy policy, apply to them.

03What we use them for

  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4). How many visitors the website has, which pages they view, which searches and websites they come from and where on the website they send an enquiry or call us. This shows us which pages are useful and which need improving.
  • Advertising (Google Ads). Whether a visit from one of our Google ads ended in an enquiry, a call or an email - so that the advertising budget goes where it brings results. With advertising allowed, Google may show you our ads later on other websites.

We send Google only events: a page viewed, an enquiry sent (without its content - only the services chosen and the company size), a click on a phone number or email address. The name, phone number, email and message from the form are not sent to Google - they reach only us, as described in the privacy policy.

04How to give and withdraw consent

Consent is voluntary and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of every page, or here:

When you reject or withdraw consent, the website stops sending data to Google and deletes the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies from our domain. Your choice is kept in the browser for 12 months, after which the banner appears again. The website works fully without analytics and advertising cookies - all pages, the form and the phone numbers remain available.

05Google and data transfers

Google Analytics and Google Ads are provided by Google Ireland Limited (Ireland). Google may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States, with appropriate safeguards under the General Data Protection Regulation - Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address.

We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically. More on how Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

06How to manage cookies in your browser

All modern browsers let you view, block or delete cookies. The settings are usually in “Settings” → “Privacy and security” (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) or “Preferences” → “Privacy” (Safari).

If you block all cookies, our website will continue to work normally. You can learn more about third-party cookies and advertising networks at www.youronlinechoices.com. If you have any questions, contact us.

07Changes to this policy

If we add a new service that uses cookies, we will update this policy and the banner and ask for your consent before setting any cookie that is not necessary. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.

Analytics and advertising cookies only with consent; you can withdraw it at any time.
