- Audit stages – Preparation for internal audits
- Audit stages – Conducting and recording of the audit.
- Audit stages – Performing actions after the audit. Competence and assessment of the auditors. Recommendations to the auditors.
- Conducting a test for check of the gained knowledge and skills.
Continuity: 1 (one) day, from 09:30 to 16:30
Qualification document: Certificate for internal auditor of HACCP systems, ISO 22000:2018 and according to the requirements of the conformity standard EN ISO 19011:2018.
