  5. Verification of HACCP system
  6. Requirements to food safety management system according to ISO 22000:2018. Review to the requirement of the Standard.

Part 2

Training for internal auditors

  1. Requirements for conducting internal audits. Types of audits. Principles when auditing. Requirements when performing internal audits
  2. Documents when planning, achieving and recording the results of internal audits. Internal audits. Audit stages – Planning internal audits.
  3. Audit stages – Preparation for internal audits
  4. Audit stages – Conducting and recording of the audit.
  5. Audit stages – Performing actions after the audit. Competence and assessment of the auditors. Recommendations to the auditors.
  6. Conducting a test for check of the gained knowledge and skills.

Continuity: 1 (one) day, from 09:30 to 16:30

Qualification document: Certificate for internal auditor of HACCP systems, ISO 22000:2018 and according to the requirements of the conformity standard EN ISO 19011:2018.
